Golden Knights Youth Athletics Announces GRIT as Official Training Partner.

Golden Knights Youth Athletics is proud to announce GRIT as the organization’s official training partner, a collaboration that reflects our shared commitment to athlete development, community investment, and creating meaningful opportunities for young athletes both on and off the field.

Founded to help student-athletes grow in knowledge, leadership, and exposure, GRIT is built around a vision that goes beyond on-field readiness alone. GRIT emphasizes football knowledge, leadership development, agility and skills training, and creating opportunities for athletes to continue developing both on and off the field. That broader approach is part of what makes this partnership such a strong fit for Golden Knights.

Through this partnership, GRIT will be on-site each week, working directly with Golden Knights athletes to intentionally enhance football skills, reinforce strong fundamentals, and consistently support overall player development. We are especially excited that CJ Dodd, founder of GRIT, will personally provide instruction to develop mechanics, footwork, reads, confidence, and position-specific growth with an emphasis on QBs.

We are building a community-centered program that values discipline, mentorship, development, and access. Partnering with a local training organization that shares that mindset helps continue creating a strong foundation for our athletes and families while also expanding the resources available to them.

“I’m excited to partner with GRIT and connect the community with local trainers that can help us continue building both the community and the program, while also serving as an outlet for athletes who may benefit from one-on-one training and additional development opportunities,” said Coach Harris.

In addition to weekly on-site development, this partnership is expected to create broader opportunities for athlete support and community impact over time, including increased access to training and other forms of athlete assistance as the relationship grows. We are proud to align with partners who believe in investing in young athletes in ways that strengthen both the program and the larger community.
